Experience New York like a real New Yorker by staying at this adorable, sunny studio in the heart of Greenwich Village next to NYU.
The studio has all the original details, including exposed brick walls, hardwood floors, decorative fireplace and modern upgrades (brand new kitchen, marble tile bath).
Although the apartment is located in the center of New York nighlife, in the neighborhood filled with bars, restaurants and cafes, it is quiet inside as it faces the backyard and not the street.
The apartment is located in a secure, walk up building with an intercom system. It is on the third floor (you will have to walk up two flights of stairs).
Please note that this is a typical Village studio that measures only about 200 sq.ft. (20 sq.m.) so make sure you are comfortable with this size before you book. Also, this building, like many original buildings in the Village has old floors, so you will hear neighbors walking upstairs and next door. If you require complete serenity, this apartment is not for you. But, if you can handle regular "neighbor" noise, then you will love it here.
