Elevator opens into the loft, with a large restored wood dining table that seats 10, contemporary rustic international design with large sofas, flat screen TV, and fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, and amazing stove. The loft includes one large bedroom with queen bed, and a large dressing area and walk-in closet and dressing room (10x10), and a smaller bedroom with a study and a pull-out sofa bed. Additionally, there is a queen-sized air mattress.
Heating and air-conditioned are included and are customized for the apartment, and the apartment includes a washer/dryer inside the unit, dishwasher, French press, microwave, fully-equipped kitchen.
This unit is in a very exclusive area, literally in the best part of Soho and a few blocks from exclusive Western soho, one block from the commercial Broadway area, and 1-2 blocks from the European boutique Nolita neighborhood. Also very close to tourist amenities including Financial District, WTC, Chinatown, Little Italy, etc.
