Sleeps 4 to 6 This Soho apartment (technically "Nolita") is your home away from home in NY! This spotless 2-bedroom is just a couple blocks from the major subway lines, and a stone's throw away from a plethora of wonderful restaurants, boutiques, art galleries, and bookstores.
The tastefully decorated apartment can comfortably accomodate up to 4 people: there are two bedrooms, each with a queen bed and closet. There's also a pull-out couch that can sleep two, for a maximum occupancy of 6.
There is a full kitchen, complete with refrigerator/freezer, microwave, and washing machine (pretty rare for NY). Equally rare is the new washer/dryer in the bathroom- it really beats going to the laundromat! If you have dry-cleaning to do, the cleaner is several doors down the street.
This apartment could not be more centrally located (at Mulberry and Prince). You can easily walk to Soho, Little Italy, Chinatown, the Bowery, West Village, East Village, Greenwich Village, and the Lower East Side. The financial district is a quick cab or train ride away (1 mile).
This is one of the most sought-after neighborhoods in NY, and for good reason. While you're here, be sure to:
Savor the best sandwich in NY at Torrisi Italian Specialties (across the street) Enjoy a classy martini and caviar at Pravda (a block away) Have a late-night meal at the famous Balthazar restaurant, or dine at the ultra-chic Michelin-starred Public (both are 2 blocks away) Go shopping in Soho (2 blocks) Sip coffee and read at the McNally Jackson bookstore (around the corner) or at Housing Works, two of the BEST and most charming independent bookstores around Browse the countless galleries in the neighborhood Spot John Mayer, David Bowie, Moby, and other celebs who live in the neighborhood
The main bedroom looks over Mulberry Street and gets lots of light (especially in the morning).
Only 3 flights up in a nice, well-kept, and recently renovated walk-up building (there is no elevator). The neighbors are nice, and there are only 3 other tenants on the floor.
There's a grocery store 1/2 block away, and Whole Foods is 4 blocks away (but who would want to cook when there are so many wonderful restaurants around?)
VERY close to the B, D, F, M, 4, 6, N, R trains (1-3 blocks), with other trains nearby.
There's a parking garage across the street.
Price includes electricity, water, gas, and high speed wireless internet. Clean towels and linens will be provided at the beginning of your stay. Cleaning cost is also included. Note about the kitchen- only basic cooking/dining amenities are provided: a pot, pan, plates, bowls, and basic silverware (for 4).
You'll love it here! Cleaning fee $100. Security deposit may apply. Please inquire for pricing and availability
