Private bedroom with a queen-sized bed (that sleeps 2). Living room w/ sofa and loveseat. The sofa sleeps people 6'2" and under comfortably, the loveseat is a bit smaller. There is also a self-inflating air mattress that can sleep a 5th person.
Private bathroom/shower. Hardwood floors. Kitchen with large counter space and all necessary cooking appliances including a french press, electric kettle, microwave, indoor grill, blender, toaster, slow cooker.
Dishwasher. Large windows in all rooms with great street views.
HDTV, DVD player, media player (you can play movies via a USB flash drive).
Fast Wifi connection. AC in bedroom and living room.
Fire escape with views of both the Empire State building and the under construction freedom tower, fast wifi, and HD flat screen.
Fresh towels/linens.Neighborhood guides and maps if you want 'em.

Apartment is close to the Hudson River, Bleeker St., Washington Sq. Park, Greenwich Village, Little Italy, Chelsea, Meatpacking District, and Chinatown.
7-min walk or less to all major train lines (Spring St. C/E lines right around the corner; B/D/F/M/A/1/N/R/Q/W/6/4/5 all within a short walk).
5-min walk to all major SoHo shopping streets.
Close to major supermarket and a huge variety of restaurants, bars, cafes (I'll email you a list of these separately).
Right next door to an outdoor park/children's playground (with an outdoor pool!).
