Apartment is on the 3rd floor and is professionally cleaned prior to arrival. Fully furnished (kitchen, etc.) with a queen-sized bed and a desk in a separate bedroom. Wifi internet access is also included. Linens & towels are provided.
There is a flat-screen TV in the living room with a good selection of DVDs, books and magazines.
In addition, there is a brand new washing room in the basement of the building with a row of commercial quality washers and dryers.
Located on the same block as the 1,9 subway line, and 2 blocks from the A,C,E line. AMAZING LOCATION.
