Located in Soho on the border of the West Village and close to Tribeca, Nolita, and the Meat Packing, this 1 bdrm apartment is ideally located in Manhattan's best neighborhood. Although central, the apartment is on a quiet, brownstone lined street. The street itself has been rated the No. 1 street to live on by a number of magazines over the years. The apartment faces a quiet garden courtyard with lots of natural sunlight and unlike many NY apartments, the noise between apartments or with heating vents is very low.
The apartment is in a secure, clean, elevator building. It is fully furnished with some antique pieces. The kitchen is fully stocked and has a suite of cooking gear.
