This apartment is located around the corner from Tompkins Square Park, and is only one flight of stairs up. The apartment has full windows, a lot of closet space and is recently renovated.
You will be within walking distance of 1st Ave. L train and the Astor Place 6 and the 2nd ave F, or Essex and Delancy F Train. The m9 and m14 also stop right outside and are fast and easy ways to get to soho, or across town quickly without having to take the subway.
This apartment is perfectly located near lots of great restaurants, boutiques, coffee shops, Bakeries, Delis, Pizza Shops, Bars, and Bodegas. The block itself is lined with good food and 2 community gardens, which are a treat.
This is a relatively new modern feeling apartment which is not so common in the East Village. The second bed available is a comfortable air mattress.
